AQ-400 Scythe is Terminal Autonomy's Ukrainian long-range one-way strike UAV for deep missions under jamming. Its tandem-wing modular airframe and navigation concept are designed to support operation without dependable GPS or communications.

The manufacturer publishes a 3.2-m span, 144-km/h listed speed, 750-km range, seven-hour endurance, 4,000-m ceiling, 43-kg payload, and 100-kg MTOW. Length and height are undisclosed, and the listed speed is not explicitly identified as maximum.

It was demonstrated in spring 2023 and first delivered to Ukraine in December 2023, according to reporting. Ukraine is the documented operator, while claimed distributed CNC production concerns manufacturing capacity rather than verified combat performance.
