METIS Interceptor overview

METIS is TYTAN's fixed-wing interceptor designed for longer-range NATO Class-II counter-UAS threats. It is presented as an autonomous kinetic hit-to-kill system rather than a conventional armed drone.

Length, span, height, endurance, payload, and weight are not publicly disclosed. Later reporting gives up to 400 km/h, more than 45 km range, and a 6-km ceiling, but other reports differ and configurations are unresolved.

Ukraine is linked to reported deliveries and use, while Germany is linked to testing and procurement. Its debut date and a full operator list are not publicly disclosed, making comparisons with EOS necessarily role-based.
