PLargonia overview

PLargonia is a Polish long-range one-way attack and aerial-target drone developed by the Air Force Institute of Technology with the Center for Autonomous Systems. Publicly unveiled in March 2026, its delta-wing form reflects the mass-produced Shahed family, but the program is intended to give Poland a sovereign, locally supported low-cost strike system.

Reporting describes a roughly 20 kg warhead and roles that include training target, development test article, and operational one-way effector. The dual-use target role gives Polish air-defense units a realistic surrogate while the strike configuration is refined.

Public sources have not converged on dimensions, speed, range, launch weight, or production status.
